This attention to engineering detail ensures a far stronger and more durable shutter than Wood or Vinyl Shutters. Polywood is new technology polymer foam - a solid, non-toxic, synthetic material. Polywood is water resistant, fire retardant. Polywood’s insulating properties are compliant with Low E, Low U ratings.
A specially formulated high build paint system is applied for excellent bond adhesion and ensures a far superior paint finish. The paint is precisely matched to the Powder Coat opacity and sheen to make it possible to build composite painted shutters. A combo shutter provides the ultimate high integrity shutter emulating the finest qualities of handcrafted wood with added advantage of secure, precise engineering of Aluminium.

Oceana is the frame of choice as a high integrity interior shutter frame. This precision designed suite is replicated exactly from the classic contours of the traditional early American Shutter.
The 50mm frame profile is minimal yet far more robust than a wood shutter due to its 28mm thick stile and generally does not require a mid rail.
There is a size choice of two Oceana rails to suit individual design. This suite accommodates the Polywood blade profiles Classic 90.
